Professional Training

I train coaches, caregivers, and wellness professionals who walk with the hurting—across all settings and all faith traditions. This work is for people who carry others, whether they’re recognized for it or not.

I’ve served as a nurse and combat medic, and now as a Certified Master Resilience Trainer and Second-Wave Positive Psychology Practitioner. That background shapes how I teach and apply holistic wellness support—grounded, steady, and built for real life.

My approach is shaped by five core strengths:

1. Spirituality – Having a strong sense of purpose and faith that sustains and guides me through pain, uncertainty, and loss.

2. Love of Learning – Valuing the process of learning and drawing from many disciplines to better serve those in complex situations.

3. Honesty – Speaking truthfully, taking responsibility, and showing up without pretending to be something I’m not.

4. Judgment – Thinking things through, weighing perspectives, and making careful, informed decisions—especially when the stakes are high.

5. Fairness – Treating everyone with respect and without bias, even when they’re different, difficult, or misunderstood.

If you’ve been the one others depend on—and you’re looking for someone who sees that, honors it, and knows how to train it—welcome.

If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, reach out.
I offer consultations, training, and mentorship for those carrying more than most people see.
